Char Willingham: Char is a Health, Wellness & Fitness Professional with 20+ years of teaching experience. Her industry experience includes: Fitness Educator, Presenter, National Master Trainer, Dance-Fitness Instructor, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner/Master Teacher, Sound Healer, Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor. She also has background in dance and competitive sports and uses her diverse background and experience to deliver safe and effective movement, fitness & yoga classes. She is currently a Nirvana Education Specialist & National Master trainer with the privilege of training new Instructors throughout Massachusetts, New England and the United States.
