Dive into history at one of the oldest churches in Boston!
Our Bells & Bones tour takes guests on a "behind the scenes" look at life and death in colonial Boston! The tour begins in our 18th century crypt, where guests learn about historic burial practices and explore the stories behind some our most fascinating tombs. Then, guests ascend the bell tower stairs to see, touch, and examine our 1816 Revere bell, the largest ever cast in Revere's time.

Mondays through Saturdays at 11:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, and 4:00pm.
Sundays at 2:00pm, 3:00pm, and 4:00pm.

Tours last approximately 45 minutes.

Tickets: $10 for adults; $7 for seniors, students, and military; $5 for children under 13

Tickets available on-site and online: https://mkt.com/kings-chapel-freedom-trail-program/

Due to the content and physical demands of the tour, the Bells & Bones Tour is recommended for ages 10+.

We occasionally have pre-booked tours and other church events that alter the tour schedule. Please check our online ticket sales or email freedom.trail@kings-chapel.org to confirm the tour schedules for the day you plan to visit.
